This remarkable milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our valued customers, business partners, and the tireless dedication of our employees. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you.
Since our founding, we have upheld the mission of carrying forward the spirit of Japanese monozukuri—craftsmanship with pride and purpose. Through the design and manufacturing of high-precision, high-quality equipment, we have sought to contribute to society.
The technologies and principles established by our founder remain deeply embedded in everything we do today, forming the very foundation of who we are.

翌2025年、設立40周年の節目を機にコーポレートロゴをはじめとしたCIを刷新。働き方や組織のあり方そのものを問い直し、
最新鋭機器を備えた環境への投資と並行して、次代を担う技術者への積極的な投資を一層前進させるため、
改めて挑戦と変革を選び取る決意を示した。
かつて精密機械部が独立した1986年のように、今ふたたび、現場から技術と志を育み直すとき。
積み重ねてきた信頼・技術・経験を礎に、DAIRYUの本領である「発明力、自ら創造する力」に照準を合わせ、

社会課題への挑戦
2010–2023
2010年、「がん治療用ヨウ素シード品質管理測定システムの開発」が戦略的基盤技術高度化支援事業に採択。
医療機器分野への本格参入を果たし、徳島大学との共同研究もスタートした。
同年には日本放射線安全管理学会、翌2011年には日本放射線腫瘍学会（小線源治療部会）において、
「臨床用全自動型Ｉ-125シード放射線強度測定システム」を共同出展。
安全性や正確性に課題のあった放射性物質の品質管理に対し、新たなアプローチで貢献した。
以降もあらゆる業界からの要請に応える中で、装置そのものの複雑化と高度化が進行。
制御設計部門を拡充し、プログラム設計の内製化や高難度仕様の標準化にも取り組むとともに、
2015年に第三工場を竣工。
安全規格、HMI、トレーサビリティ、データ連携といった多くの要素が求められる時代に応え続け、
半導体や航空宇宙といった分野にも対応領域を広げていった。

創業者の意思を引き継ぐ形で現代表がその舵を託され、家族と長年の仲間たちとともに新たな一歩を踏み出した。
1990年に組立工場を増設し、製造ライン全体の柔軟性とスピードを高めたことで、
自動車や電子部品分野の専用装置製作を本格化。
一方で、日々の受託製作に加え、創業時からの“自ら生み出す”姿勢を発展させる機運も少しずつ高まりを見せ、
1997年には、新たな挑戦として医療・福祉分野にも着目し、入れ歯洗浄機の開発に着手。
中小企業創造活動促進法の認定を受け、複数の特許出願も行うなど、
オリジナル製品開発への歩みを進めていく。

Focusing on the repair and sales of marine diesel engines, the company was incorporated in 1970 and reorganized as a joint-stock corporation in 1975.
Even before computers became widespread, he foresaw the potential of factory automation through the use of small-scale computers and robotics. In 1978, the Precision Machinery Division,
the predecessor of DAIRYU, was founded.
Beginning with a dedicated robot designed for the manufacturing process of the Nissan Skyline,
the team quickly rose to prominence as a group of advanced engineers, independently designing and producing automation equipment and measuring instruments.
The seeds sown during this period later led to specialization and the establishment of DAIRYU as an independent company.

Innovation for Society
2010–2023
In 2010, the development of a Quality Control and Measurement System for Iodine-125 Seeds in Cancer Treatment was adopted as part of the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program, marking DAIRYU’s full-scale entry into the medical device field. Collaborative research with Tokushima University also began that year.
In the same year, the company jointly exhibited the Clinical Fully-Automated I-125 Seed Radiation Strength Measurement System at the Japan Health Physics Society, followed in 2011 by the Japan Society for Radiation Oncology (Brachytherapy Section). This innovation offered a new approach to the quality control of radioactive materials, addressing long-standing concerns over safety and accuracy.
As requests from diverse industries continued, equipment grew increasingly complex and sophisticated. DAIRYU expanded its control design division, advancing the in-house development of software design and the standardization of high-level specifications. In 2015, the third factory was completed, reinforcing the company’s capability to meet the demands of an era defined by safety standards, HMI, traceability, and data integration—while extending its reach into sectors such as semiconductors and aerospace.

Shaping the Future
2024–Future
In 2024, DAIRYU completed its next-generation facility—the Second Plant (Research and Development Center), a base symbolizing the company’s future.
The following year, at its 40th anniversary, the company renewed its corporate identity, including the logo, while rethinking how people work and how organizations should be structured. Alongside investment in state-of-the-art equipment, DAIRYU reaffirmed its commitment to the next generation of engineers—showing a clear choice for challenge and transformation.
Much like the division’s independence in 1986, today again is a time to nurture technology and spirit anew from the factory floor. Building on decades of trust, skills, and experience, DAIRYU turns its focus to its essence: invention and the ability to create from within.
With its own brand held high, the company embarks on a new voyage as a manufacturing innovator—aspiring to solve challenges in ways no one imagined. Fueled by technology, integrity, and the spirit of invention, DAIRYU’s future has already begun to take flight.

社会課題への挑戦
2010–2023
2010年 、「がん治療用ヨウ素シード品質管理測定システムの開発」が戦略的基盤技術高度化支援事業に採択。
医療機器分野への本格参入を果たし、徳島大学との共同研究もスタートした。同年には日本放射線安全管理学会、翌2011年には日本放射線腫瘍学会（小線源治療部会）において、「臨床用全自動型Ｉ-125シード放射線強度測定システム」を共同出展。安全性や正確性に課題のあった放射性物質の品質管理に対し、新たなアプローチで貢献した。
以降もあらゆる業界からの要請に応える中で、装置そのものの複雑化と高度化が進行。制御設計部門を拡充し、プログラム設計の内製化や高難度仕様の標準化にも取り組むとともに、2015年に第三工場を竣工。
安全規格、HMI、トレーサビリティ、データ連携といった多くの要素が求められる時代に応え続け、半導体や航空宇宙といった分野にも対応領域を広げていった。

未来を拓く決意
2024–Future
2024年、これからのDAIRYUを象徴する次世代型の拠点、第2工場（研究開発棟）が竣工。
翌2025年、設立40周年の節目を機にコーポレートロゴをはじめとしたCIを刷新。働き方や組織のあり方そのものを問い直し、最新鋭機器を備えた環境への投資と並行して、次代を担う技術者への積極的な投資を一層前進させるため、改めて挑戦と変革を選び取る決意を示した。
かつて精密機械部が独立した1986年のように、今ふたたび、現場から技術と志を育み直すとき。積み重ねてきた信頼・技術・経験を礎に、DAIRYUの本領である「発明力、自ら創造する力」に照準を合わせ、自社ブランドを掲げるものづくりメーカーとしての新たな航路へと飛び立つ。
新しい視点、新しい発想、新しい価値観で、誰かの課題を、誰もが想像しなかった方法で解決できる存在へ──
